Tina had never made a lot of money, but she worked regularly and had always been able to support herself and save a little money. She thought she would always be able to take care of herself, but cancer had other plans for her life. Her medical bills took her small savings and her extensive treatments made working impossible. Soon she was unable to pay her rent or her bills. She had nowhere to live. At age 58, Tina was homeless for the first time in her life.
Then she found Renewal House and the services she needed to get back on her feet.
